A semi-regular weekday accounting of what's missing at the worst Starbucks in Toronto.

Not really bitchin' about the staff here (there's way too few of them, for one), but really, if you want to call yourself a Starbucks, don't you think you need a bare minimum of Starbucks supplies at your location?

Been a while since I posted anything.

Things have indeed been better since the start of the year. But still missing - Starbucks employees who can use a cash register. Why is the only one? There could be 5 people working, a line-up out into the seating area, and still there would be only one person working cash.

So, it still stands that you order your coffee, continue to wait in line as some idiot in front of you suddenly wants to pay in the most time-intensive, sucky was possible, your coffee is RIGHT THERE and yet you must wait for it because no one’s figured out that there is actually another cash register there that could be used.

Of course, that would take some thought, and I guess thought is in short supply in a Starbucks located in a fucking university.
